Enjoy this awesome sweet recipe on the occasion of Independence Day .

TIRANGA HALVA CAKE

BOTTLE GOURD (DUDHI): Bottle gourd is rich in dietary fibre, both, soluble and insoluble. It is also rich in vitamin B and C, and helps in anti-oxidative actions. This simple vegetable is full of minerals and water. Bottle gourd helps fight many small problems keeping you healthy.
PANEER: Paneer is a high protein food having high level of calcium and phosphorus which helps in building strong bones and teeth.
CARROT:  Forget about vitamin A pills. With this orange crunchy powerfood, you get vitamin A and a host of other powerful health benefits including beautiful skin, cancer prevention, and anti-aging.

INGREDIENTS:

LAUKI HALVA 
1/2 cup grated lauki or dudhi
1/2 cup milk
2tbsp sugarite (sugar free)
1 tsp ghee
cardamom powder
dry fruits for garnishing

PANEER HALVA
1/2 cup crumpled paneer
1 tbspkhoya
2tbspsugarite (sugar free)
cardamom powder
dry fruits for garnishing

CARROT HALVA
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup milk
2tbspsugartie (sugar free)
1tbsp ghee
cardamom powder
dry fruits for garnishing

METHOD: 
GREEN LAYER (LAUKI HALVA): 
Heat ghee in a kadai and add the grated lauki, cook till it gets tender, then add milk, sugarite and keep on stirring till it starts leaving the kadai.
When it is done, remove and arrange in a plate at the bottom side.

WHITE LAYER (PANEER HALVA): 
Heat kadai and add paneer and khoya and cook for 5 minutes. Add the milk if required, sugarite and keep on stirring. When it is done, remove and arrange in the plate for second layer i.e. white.

ORANGE LAYER (CARROT HALVA): 
Wash, peel the carrot and grate it. Heat ghee in a kadai and add the carrots and saute for 5 minutes. Add the milk, sugarite and keep on stirring till it is done. Remove and arrange above the third layer i.e. white.
Arrange all the three layers and your Tiranga Halva Cake is ready. Garnish with dry fruits of your choice and enjoy your sweet dish this Independence Day.
You can enjoy 2tbsp or 1 medium piece of this sweet dish after having your Breakfast or Lunch.
