Immunity Decoction

This decoction is full of immunity-boosting ingredients and a diabetic patient can regularly have it during this pandemic. One can consume this decoction every morning once you get up. Along with this, you need to have a well-balanced lifestyle.
So here is the recipe for a great Immunity Boosting Decoction:

Ingredients:

• 1 ltr water,
• Dalchini (cinnamon)- 1.5 inch
• Lavang (clove) 3-4pcs
• Ajwain 1 tsp
• Haldi (turmeric) powder 1 tsp
• Adrak (ginger) 1.5inch pc
• Tusli (basil leaves) 8-10
• Pudina (mint leaves) 8-10
• Kali mirch (black peppercorn) 3-4
• Stevia 1 tsp

Method:

1) Take water in a vessel.
2) Add all the ingredients except stevia.
3) Bring it to a boil till it becomes half.
4) Remove it from stove and than add stevia.
5) Consume it hot when you get up. Preferably have it empty stomach.

Note: This quantity is enough for 3-4 people.
