INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coarsely
powdered quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup grated apple (unpeeled)
2 cups low-fat milk
1 ½ tsp sugar free
METHOD:
- Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil.
- Add the oats, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame, add the sugar free, mix well and keep aside to cool slightly.
- Add the apple, mix well and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
